How to Request Account Deletion
- 1 Send an email to support@aicompound.app from the email address associated with your account.
- 2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3 Include your full name and the email address registered with your account.
- 4 Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
- 5 You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Digital signatures
- Session and login history
- Device information and app preferences
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Timesheet records (required for payroll and employment law compliance)
- Briefing sheet attendance records (required for health & safety compliance)
- Maintenance and survey records (required for regulatory compliance)
- Audit logs (retained for up to 90 days after deletion)
Retained records will be anonymised where possible. Personal identifiers will be removed.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have saved any data you need before requesting deletion.
